Elite Gravity separator is a Semi automated Hydraulic controlled machine use to separate dry, granular, free-flowing material according to particle density. Like size particles can be effectively separated as little as 1% difference in specific density. Gravity Separators use a combination of air & vibration. Air is to fluidize- which creates a stratification of particles, vibration is used to push Heavy Layers/Particles towards the high side of the deck and Light Layers/Particles towards the lower side of the deck.
